We are always glad to provide prospective and existing clients with a free Maintenance Estimate. Maintenance Estimates are services we provide you on a regular basis. Written itemized estimates will be provided 10-15 business days following the initial meeting. The following list falls under Free Maintenance Estimates:

Landscape Estimates $50
Not all Landscapes require intricate plans and designs. Sometimes your Landscape concept may be pretty basic and consist of mulch beds, some planting and sodding or seeding. In this event, we will provide you an itemized estimate for a nominal fee of $50. Upon acceptance of our contract the $50 will be credited back to you. Written itemized estimates will be provided 10-15 business days following the initial meeting
Landscape Designs $135 (starting cost)
Landscape Designs usually entail a calculated and meticulous process. On the day of your first meeting we will do a site study to assess your property’s current conditions. During this time we will also take pictures and record detailed measurements of your property. We recognize that you add a very essential perspective to this process and will gather your wants and needs to then suggest a conceptual idea for your property. We will then schedule a follow up visit where you will be presented a scale conceptual layout of your property. The conceptual drawing will entail patio areas, decks, planting areas and hardscapes. During the follow up your desired changes are implemented towards finalizing a master plan. We value your ideas and will apply as many changes necessary. The final master plan will identify planting lists with specifications. If you desire a perspective drawing it can be provided for an additional starting cost of $135 (cost varies depending on complexity of design). All design costs will be refunded to you upon acceptance of a contract of $2,000 or more. Your landscape design and perspective drawing fees may vary. Cost is dependent on the complexity and the intricacies of your design.
All designs are property of Rodessa Lawn & Landscape LLC. Designs may be held for your review upon receipt of a $250 Design Viewing Deposit, and a signed Design viewing agreement. If you decide to not move forward with the project the Landscape Design fee, perspective drawing fee and the Design Viewing Deposit will not be refunded. In addition a Design only service is also available at a starting cost of $300
