Staying Open for Business with Rodessa Lawn & Landscape

Dear Rodessa families and friends,

As of March 24th 2020, we are continuing to provide services. We are adjusting to changes during this unprecedented time as the situation with COVID-19 continues. Following the social distancing recommendation from guidelines, we may be assigning less employees on site during scheduled visits. 

We offer alternative payment options online through our secured encrypted BB&T (Now Truist a SunTrust & BBT merger) merchant portal. 

Please reply this email if you would like for us to continue using saved email for updates. 

We’re also aware that some of our Vendors may close of be understaffed during this time. It’s possible there may be a delay on sourcing materials such as lawn applications, plants, trees and mulch. Spring Clean Up and Mulching is underway. Lawn mowing will resume in the next couple of days. 

We take public safety and our employee’s as a serious matter. As efforts to contain COVID-19 continue, we hope you’re supported in taking every measure to protect your health and the health of those around you.

Continuing this family legacy, Alfred with his wife Justina and their four “bumble bees” have grown Rodessa Lawn and Landscape into a full service landscaping and design company specializing in residential property maintenance and install.

We want to apologize for the delay with our services. For the past couple of days, we had rainy weather and it has affected our scheduled. We are hoping for weather to improve and so that we can proceed with the work and get back on track.

New changes with a vintage charm!

Good day to all our valued customers,

We are pleased to inform you that the name of our business changed from Alvarez Landscaping LLC to Rodessa Lawn & Landscape LLC. This name change will not affect our business in any way.

After many years serving Northern Virginia, it has come to our attention that there are several companies working under the same or similar Fictitious name “Alvarez Landscaping”. These companies have made it confusing for us and customers to contact the correct company. With 2017 in gear, we believe this is an opportunity to rebrand our company with a change of name to avoid further or potential conflicts.

Henceforth, we request you to make note of this change to our new business’s name “Rodessa Lawn and Landscape”.  Effective April 2017 all future correspondence will be forwarded as Rodessa Lawn and Landscape. We understand how this change may be confusing, we will still continue to oversee invoices, payments and inquires with Alvarez Landscaping during this transition.
